Trygvi Danielsen (Tórshavn, 1991)

The versatile Faroese poet Trygvi Danielsen (Tórshavn, 1991) has been working as a writer, artist and filmmaker since 2008. His work has been awarded several times. In 2022 he completed his bachelor's degree in creative writing at the University of the Faroe Islands (Fróðskaparsetur Føroya). He had already published several collections of poetry and short stories. His first poetry collection, a CD with spoken word and music, was The Absent Silver King (2013). Danielsen published the CD as singer and lyricist of the band of the same name.

Le poète polyvalent des îles Féroé Trygvi Danielsen (Tórshavn, 1991) travaille comme écrivain, artiste et cinéaste depuis 2008. Son travail a été récompensé à plusieurs reprises. En 2022, il a obtenu son baccalauréat en écriture créative à l'Université des îles Féroé (Fróðskaparsetur Føroya). Il avait déjà publié plusieurs recueils de poésie et de nouvelles. Son premier recueil de poésie, un CD avec créations orales et musique, était The Absent Silver King (2013). Danielsen a publié le CD en tant que chanteur et parolier du groupe du même nom.

De veelzijdige Faeröerse dichter Trygvi Danielsen (Tórshavn, 1991) is sinds 2008 werkzaam als schrijver, artiest en filmmaker. Zijn werk werd meermaals bekroond. In 2022 voltooide hij zijn bachelor creatief schrijven aan de Universiteit van de Faeröer (Fróðskaparsetur Føroya). Hij had toen al verschillende dichtbundels en korte verhalen gepubliceerd. Zijn eerste poëziebundel, een cd met spoken word en muziek, was The Absent Silver King (2013). Danielsen publiceerde de cd als zanger en tekstschrijver van de gelijknamige band.
