Tris dainas mokėjo motina,
Pirmoji buvo – apie sūnų.
Antroji buvo – apie sūnų.
Trečioji buvo – apie sūnų.
Pirmoj dainoj – sūnus išėjo.
Antroj dainoj jo grįžtant laukė.
O iš trečios – jai įkapes pasiuvo.

La troisième parlait de son fils.
Dans sa première chanson le fils partait.
Dans sa deuxième chanson le fils allait revenir.
De sa troisième chanson on tissa son linceul.
