Branko ČEGEC

 

Branko Čegec (1957) pjesnik je i esejist, te (glavni) urednik niza domaćih književnih časopisa. Godine 1992. pokrenuo je vlastitu nakladničku kuću Meandar (danas Meandar Media). Autor je sedam pjesničkih zbirki, a prevodio je sa slovenskog. U suradnji s Miroslavom Mićanovićem objavio  je panoramu hrvatskog pjesništva Strast razlike – tamni zvuk praznine. Pjesme su mu prevedene na više jezika i uvrštene u tridesetak domaćih i međunarodnih antologija. Dobitnik je nekoliko književnih nagrada, među kojima je najrecentnija i najprestižnija Goranov vijenac za pjesništvo.

 

 

 

Poète, essayiste, écrivain, Branko Čegec (1957) a été rédacteur, ou rédacteur-en-chef, de plusieurs revues littéraires croates. En 1992, il a fondé la maison d’édition Meandar (aujourd’hui Meandar Media). Auteur de sept recueils poétiques, il a également traduit du slovène. Il a publié, en collaboration avec Miroslav Mićanović, le panorama de la poésie croate contemporaine Strast razlike – tamni zvuk praznine (Passion de la différence – sombre son du vide). Ses poèmes ont été traduits en plusieurs langues, et figurent dans une trentaine d’anthologies, croates et internationales. Plusieurs prix littéraires lui ont été décernés, dont le plus récent et le plus prestigieux Goranov vijenac pour son travail poétique.

 

 

 

Dichter, essayist, schrijver, Branko Čegec (1957) is redacteur of editor-in-chief van verschillende literaire tijdschriften van Kroatië. In 1992 richtte hij de uitgeverij Meandar (nu Meandar Media). Auteur van zeven gedichtenbundels, hij ook vertaald van Sloveense. Hij publiceerde in samenwerking met Miroslav Micanovic, het panorama van de hedendaagse Kroatische poëzie Strast razlike - tamni zvuk praznine (Passion van verschil - de donkere vacuüm). Zijn gedichten zijn vertaald in verschillende talen, en zijn in dertig bloemlezingen, Kroatische en internationale. Verschillende literaire prijzen zijn toegekend, met inbegrip van de nieuwste en meest prestigieuze Goranov vijenac voor zijn poëtische werk.
