Tú ert lógvin sum lygnir
Og regnið sum loysir
Tú ert máni og stjørna
Og steinspjað við fót mín
Tú ert havið sum andar
Og orðið sum blívir

Toi

 

Tu es le pluvier qui plane

Et la pluie qui décharge

Tu es lune et étoile

Et du gravier à mon pied

Tu es la mer qui respire

Et le mot qui devient
