Anna TERÉK (1984) was born in Bačka Topola, Vojvodina, (former) Yugoslavia. She graduated in Psychology (MA) at the University Eötvös Loránd in Budapest, Hungary, in 2012. She has been working since 2015 as a school psychologist in Budapest. Her first collection of poetry Tear of the smile (Mosolyszakadás) was published in Vojvodina in 2007. For her second collection of poetry Danube street (Duna utca) published in 2011, she earned the Ervin Sinkó Prize. Besides poetry Anna Terék writes also dramas. Her first drama Jelentkezzenek a legjobbak!/Neka se jave najbolji!/The bests should be the first! was presented in 2012, at the Serbian National Theater. Her first collection of dramas was published in 2016.  She is currently a holder of the István Örkény Drama Writing Fellowship and translating a Croatian novel into Hungarian. Her next collection of poetry Dead women (Halott nők) was recently published in the spring 2017.

Anna TERÉK (1984) est née à Bačka Topola, en Voïvodine, (ancienne) Yougoslavie. Elle est diplômée en psychologie (MA) à l'Université Loránd Eötvös à Budapest en Hongrie en 2012. Depuis 2015 elle travaille en tant que psychologue scolaire à Budapest. Son premier recueil de poèmes La déchirure du sourire (Mosolyszakadás) a été publié en Voïvodine en 2007. Pour son deuxième premier recueil de poèmes Rue Danube (Duna utca) publiée en 2011, elle a gagné le prix Ervin Sinkó. Outre la poésie, Anna Terék écrit aussi des drames. Son premier drame Jelentkezzenek a legjobbak!/Neka se jave najbolji!/Les meilleurs seront les premiers! a été présenté en 2012, au Théâtre National Serbe. Son premier recueil de drames a été publié en 2016. Elle est actuellement titulaire de la bourse d’écrivain de drame István Örkény et traduit un roman croate en hongrois. Son prochain recueil de poèmes Femmes mortes a récemment été publié au printemps 2017.

Zij behaalde haar diploma in de psychologie (MA) aan de Loránd Eötvös Universiteit in Budapest, in Hongarije, in 2012. Sinds 2015 werkt zij als schoolpsycholoog in Budapest. Haar eerste gedichtenbundel Glimlachscheur (Mosolyszakadás) werd gepubliceerd in Vojvodina in 2007. Voor haar tweede gedichtenbundel Donaustraat (Duna utca), gepubliceerd in 2011, ontving zij de Ervin Sinkó Prijs. Haar eerste toneelstuk Jelentkezzenek a legjobbak!/Neka se jave najbolji!/De besten zouden de eersten zijn! ging in 2012 in première, in het Servisch Nationaal Theater. Haar eerste bundel van drama’s was in 2016 gepubliceerd. Momenteel geniet Anna Terék van de István Örkény studiebeurs voor dramaschrijvers en vertaalt een Kroatische roman naar het Hongaars. Haar nieuwste gedichtenbundel Dode vrouwen (Halott nők) is recent in de lente van 2017 verschenen.
