Madara Gruntmane (1981) mācījusies klavierspēli Liepājas Emiļa Melngaiļa mūzikas vidusskolā, absolvējusi Baltijas Starptautisko akadēmiju kultūras projektu vadībā. Viņa strādā radošās apvienībās kā kultūras pasākumu producente. Viņa ir daudzu Latvijā labi pamanītu projektu autore, guvusi arī plašu starptautisku pieredzi. 2016. gadā Madara Gruntmane piedalījās starptautiskā grafikas festivāla “Printmaking In” darbnīcā, vasaras radošajās darbnīcās, “Dzejas dienu” pasākumos Rīgā un Liepājā. Gruntmane dzeju raksta kopš bērnudārza, bet plašākai publikai kļuva zināma pēc pirmās publikācijas žurnālā “Latvju teksti” 2015. gadā. Tā gada rudenī “Neputns” izdeva viņas pirmo dzejoļu krājumu ar nosaukumu “Narkozes”, kas ieguva gadskārtējo Latvijas Literatūras skatītāju simpātijas balvu. Šogad jūnijā iznāca Madaras otrais dzejoļu krājums “Dzērājmeitiņa”.

Madara Gruntmane (1981) studied at the Liepāja Emilis Melngailis music school as a pianist, and later graduated from the Baltic International Academy with a degree in Cultural Project Management. She works with creative collectives as a producer of cultural events. She is the author of many cultural projects that have gained popularity in Latvia, and has had wide experience internationally. In 2016, Madara Gruntmane participated in the international graphic arts festival "Printmaking IN" workshop, in the Creative Summer Workshops, as well as Poetry Days events in Rīga and Liepāja. Gruntmane has been writing poetry from a very early age, but her début publication in the “Latvju Teksti” magazine in 2015 made her known to the wider public. In the autumn of the same year, “Neputns” published her first collection of poetry titled “Narkozes/ Narcoses”, for which she received the Annual Latvian Literature Readers’ Choice Award. In June 2018, “Neputns” published Madara’s second book of poems.

Madara Gruntmane (1981) a étudié le piano à l’Ecole de musique Emilis Melngailis à Liepāja, et a ensuite obtenu un diplôme de gestion de projets culturels à l’Académie baltique internationale. Elle travaille désormais pour des collectifs créatifs en tant que productrice d’évènements culturels. Elle est l’auteure de nombreux projets culturels reconnus en Lettonie et elle a une vaste expérience internationale. En 2016, Madara Gruntmane a participé à l’atelier du festival international des arts graphiques « Printmaking IN », aux Ateliers créatifs d’été ( «Creative Summer Workshops»), ainsi qu’aux Journées de la poésie à Rīga et à Liepāja. Gruntmane a commencé à écrire des poèmes à un très jeune âge, mais c’est grâce à la publication dans le magazine « Latvju teksti » (« Les textes des Lettons ») en 2015 que le grand public l’a découverte. En automne de la même année, la maison d’édition « Neputns » publie son premier recueil de poèmes intitulé « Narkozes / Narcoses », pour lequel elle a obtenu le Prix annuel des lecteurs de la littérature lettone. En juin 2018, « Neputns » a publié le deuxième recueil de poésie de Madara.

Madara Gruntmane (1981) studeerde piano aan de Muziekschool van Emilis Melngailis in Liepāja en behaalde later het diploma cultureel projectmanagement aan de Baltische Internationale Academie. Zij werkt met creatieve collectieven als producer van culturele evenementen. Ze is de auteur van vele culturele projecten die populariteit genieten in Letland en heeft een brede internationale ervaring. In 2016 nam Madara Gruntmane deel aan de workshops van het internationale festival van de grafische kunst “Printmaking IN”, aan de Creative Summer Workshops, en aan de Poetry Days in Rīga en Liepāja. Gruntmane schrijft al sinds jonge leeftijd poëzie, maar het was haar debuutpublicatie in het tijdschrift “Latvju Teksti” (“Letse teksten”) in 2015 die haar naam bekend maakte bij het grote publiek. In de herfst van datzelfde jaar publiceerde “Neputns” haar eerste poëziebundel met de titel “Narkozes/ Narcoses”, waarvoor ze de Annual Latvian Literature’s Reader’s Choice Award kreeg. In juni 2018 verscheen Madara’s tweede dichtbundel bij “Neputns”.
