Nepomembno je,

je rekel nekdo, ki ga poznam.

Tvoje pesmi so nepomembne.

Umetnost potrebuje druge stvari.

Umetnost ne potrebuje ničesar.

V tem bi ji bila rada podobna.

 

 

 

Et je fais de l'art

 

Il est insignifiant,

a dit quelqu’un que je connais.

Tes poèmes sont insignifiants.

L’art a besoin d’autres choses.

L’art n’a point de besoin.

Je voudrais lui ressembler en cela.

En ik maak kunst

 

Dat is niet belangrijk,

zei iemand die ik ken.

Jouw gedichten zijn niet belangrijk.

Kunst heeft andere dingen nodig.

Kunst heeft volstrekt niets nodig.

In dit wil ik net als haar zijn.
